Working for Catch22

Work for Catch22 and receive a contributory pension, reward for hard work, a generous holiday allowance and much more.

We provide all our staff with an approved workplace pension scheme with a matching employer contribution of up to 4%.

To help you fund your pension, further professional education or childcare vouchers we can offer you salary sacrifice. Salary sacrifice is a way to provide tax-exempt benefits to employees. You give up some of your salary in exchange for a non-cash benefit and you save the tax and NI on the salary given up.

We operate a Contribution Review programme for all staff that, along with training, e-learning packages and regular supervision meetings, ensures your personal and professional development. In addition, we operate a Contribution Related Pay scheme to reward outstanding performance. Catch22 Rewards offers all staff discounted shopping opportunities, working with over 1,400 retailers including big names such as Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer, Thomas Cook Holidays and Sky. Discounts are available in store, online and by phone.

Holiday and Support

We offer generous holiday entitlements, starting at 27 days (pro rata equivalent for part-time staff) plus public and bank holidays, rising to 33 days. We will also match your annual leave entitlement (up to 33 days) from your current employer when you join. In addition, we have a comprehensive Employee Wellbeing programme. Our ‘Mellow Yellow’ initiatives include compassionate leave arrangements, employee counselling service, health advice, stress management initiatives, online information and more.

Equality and Diversity

Catch22 is committed to the principle of equality of opportunity, both as an employer and as a provider of services to others. We are determined to make all efforts to prevent discrimination or unfair treatment against, and promote equality of opportunity for, all members of staff, potential members of staff or users of its services on the grounds of sex, race, gender, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, responsibilities for dependants, age, disability or offending background.
