Milton Keynes College Offender Learning team are seeking experienced Tutors/Trainers/Lecturers to cover a variety of subjects within the area of Vocational Training, within a diverse curriculum. Across the East Midlands Region we offer our learners a wide range of vocational courses - Hospitality, Professional Cookery, Catering, Industrial Cleaning, Waste Management, WAMITAB, Bricklaying, Painting & decorating, Plumbing, Tiling, Motor Vehicles, Carpentry/Joinery and Multi skills Construction. This is an exciting time for prison education and this is a great opportunity to experience prison teaching as a variable hours tutor covering part and full time hours.
The successful candidates will be passionate and dedicated to teaching Vocational courses with the flexibility to be scheduled to work on an ad-hoc basis. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Experience embedding Maths, English, E&D and Employability is essential in order to successfully deliver the curriculum.
