In 2012, Weston College was awarded the prestigious contract to deliver Offender Education to nine prisons and one Immigration Removal Centre in the South West Region of England.

They provide education packages to thousands of offenders and employ around 300 staff across the nine prisons. The focus of their delivery is on transformational learning and rasising aspirations to "Create Brighter Futures' - ensuring that the education package provided meets the needs of prisoners whilst they complete their sentence. The College is committed to helping a new generation of prisoners to gain skills which could help them find employment after their release and break he cycle of reoffending.

As well as providing educational facilities under the Weston College brand, a key aim is to engage employers, large and small, to find work for ex-offenders and those out on licence.
